Where do you ship to?
We currently ship throughout the Netherlands and selected EU countries. If your location isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 2–4 business days. EU deliveries may take 5–7 business days depending on your location.
Are your products really eco-friendly?

Can I return or exchange an item?
Of course. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Visit our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.
Do you offer support if something arrives damaged?
Yes. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
